Direct Placement and Interviewing Process
In order to find the right candidate we perform the following tasks during our recruiting effort:
Review Each Requisition to determine specific responsibilities and experience required to fill a position
Determine best advertising strategy to gather candidate resumes.
Begin preliminary phone interview with candidates and determine feasibility and potential match with the client.
Filter best candidates based on experience, communication skills, management expertise, education, certification and references
Job Description and Person Specification
In order to take full advantage of a Direct Placement service it is critical that the Job Description is very well-defined allowing recruiters to find quality candidates.
If you have “must haves” make sure to summarize those in the Job Description to ensure that every candidate submitted meets those criteria.
A Person Specification is important to our recruiters allowing them to find desirable traits that will support the role such as management style. There are many styles including Authoritarian, Visionary and Servant. In key roles this is pivotal and often overlooked.
