Our Founders and Team
Don Grissett,Founder
Don is a Business Development professional with over 35 years experience in 3 industries including aerospace, marine and underwater technology systems. He has developed 3 greenfield companies including an aerospace interiors engineering company, 80,000 sq. ft machining and composite panel assembly operation in the Philippines and a 60,000 sq. ft. fully automated VIP executive seating company along the Space Coast of Florida.
Don has held executive roles including CEO and Managing Director of Embraer Aero Seating Technologies, Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Jamco America and Director of Programs at B/E Aerospace Super First-Class Environments.
Bryon Friel,Co-Founder
Seattle based, Bryon Friel has a long history of developing clients from small to large businesses including ATT, T-Mobile, Dolby Laboratories, Microsoft Gaming, Safran Aerospace, Jamco America, Embraer Aerospace, Panasonic North America, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
He has been responsible for the management and development of a start up and established office executing growth in each scenario. He is a focused, driven business development professional with a keen sense of service to client and candidate. The client relationship is the overriding theme in his consideration to find the right path to service each organization specific to their needs and requirements.
Shawna Johnson, Director Talent Acquisition
Shawna is an experienced relationship-builder, senior level recruiter/talent acquisition professional, and HRBP with 20+ years of technical/operations recruiting within corporate, executive search, staffing, and RPO environments. She truly loves her work, is passionate about candidate and client experience, and is appreciated for her innovative and pragmatic approach to succesfuly filling roles/requirements timely, with professionalism, dedication and humor.
